Meet the Owner - Eric Kitchen.

Born and raised in Kingston, NY – Eric is a third-generation realtor. He learned the ropes from his late mother, Paula who courageously planted her flag in the ground with her family-owned, non-franchise real estate agency -- Paula J. Kitchen Realty. Following Eric’s service in the Army, he earned his real estate license in 1998 and in the late 2000’s, was managing the family-owned business of more than a dozen agents.

Sticking around in the Real Estate industry for more than 20 years is no small task. Eric believes the key to his own success is passion. “I enjoy real estate so much, it’s not at all like work....I really enjoy helping people take that major step.”

Eric keeps an extremely tight schedule because of his commitment to the business and community service. Eric has served as a Town Councilmen in Ulster for 14 years, is past President of the Ulster County Shriners, an active member of the Free and Accepted Masons of the State of New York, and active member of the local chapter of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW).

 When not volunteering in the community, or serving his clients, Eric spends the majority of time with his family – wife Vanessa and four children, Darren, Trenton, Christian and Mallory.
